Shipping policy
Everything you need to know about how Marcos Jacob orders ship, what it costs, and when to expect delivery.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We don’t yet ship internationally or to US territories outside the 50 states and DC.
2. Shipping costs

3. Delivery timeframes

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
4. Carriers and tracking
We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, chosen for speed to your address. Every order ships tracked — you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link, and you can also use our Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
5. Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5 business days past the expected delivery window, email support@marcosjacob.com with your order number. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or refund it in full — your choice.
6. Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a carrier returns a package to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery; a second shipping charge may apply if the address provided at checkout was wrong.
