Order placed
You’ll get an order confirmation by email within minutes of checkout.

Dispatched
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, begin processing the same day. Your dispatch email contains the tracking link.

In transit
Delivery is 2–5 business days, tracked door to door. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Anything wrong?
If tracking hasn’t moved for 5 business days past the expected window, email support@marcosjacob.com — we’ll open a carrier claim and reship or refund.
