The product

What does “heavyweight” mean in numbers?
7.4 oz combed cotton jersey for the tee and long sleeve; 14 oz brushed-back fleece for the crewneck, hoodie and sweatpant. Roughly double the weight of a typical high-street basic.
Why do you only make five pieces?
Because a uniform beats a wardrobe. Five essential garments, re-cut and re-tested until each earned its place — we'd rather make five things properly than fifty approximately.
Will the colors match across pieces?
Yes. Cloud, Oat and Ink are dyed to one standard across the whole line, so every piece pairs with every other.
Where are the garments made?
Each piece is cut and sewn at established workshops we work with directly, and every batch is inspected against the same measured spec before it ships.
Does the fabric shrink or pill?
The jersey is pre-shrunk and the fleece is rested before cutting. Washed cold and dried low (or flat), the fit holds and the surface stays matte.

Sizing & fit

Do they run true to size?
The jersey pieces (tee, long sleeve) are boxy-classic and true to size. The fleece pieces are relaxed by design — take your usual size for an easy fit, or size down for a closer one.
Is there a size guide?
Every product page has a measured size guide — garment measurements taken flat, in inches. Compare against a piece you own and like.
What sizes do you carry?
XS through XXL in every piece and every color.

Shipping

How much is shipping, and how fast?
$5.95 flat under $75; free on orders of $75 or more. Delivery is 2–5 business days from order to door, tracked from dispatch.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or the Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. For change-of-mind returns you cover return shipping; if anything is faulty or incorrect, we cover it. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page.
Do you offer exchanges?
We keep it simple: return the original for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size or color — it's faster than an exchange queue.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email support@marcosjacob.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund — your choice.
