$5.95 flat on orders under $75; free on orders of $75 or more. Delivery runs 7–10 business days from order to door — 1–2 business days to pick, pack and dispatch, then 6–8 in transit. Every order ships tracked.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after our afternoon cutoff, or on weekends and US public holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, and don’t yet ship internationally or to US territories outside the 50 states.

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or the Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.

Give it 24 hours after dispatch to come alive. If tracking hasn’t moved for 5 business days past the expected delivery window, email support@marcosjacob.com and we’ll chase the carrier and make it right.

Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn’t dispatched yet (usually within 1–2 business days) we’ll happily change the size, color or address, or cancel it for a full refund.

Thirty days from the delivery date, for any reason — including a change of mind. Items must come back unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page.

Email support@marcosjacob.com with your order number. We’ll reply within one business day with the return address and a simple set of instructions. Post it back using a tracked service.

We keep it simple: return the original for a refund and place a new order in the size or color you want. It’s faster than an exchange queue and means the size you need won’t sell out while you wait.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a prepaid return label and your choice of a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping. There’s nothing for you to pay.

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, you cover return shipping. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it. There’s no restocking fee either way.

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we issue the refund to your original payment method. How soon it appears depends on your bank or card issuer’s posting times.

The jersey pieces (tee, long sleeve) are boxy-classic and true to size. The fleece pieces (crewneck, hoodie, sweatpant) are relaxed by design — take your usual size for an easy fit, or size down for a closer one.

Yes — every product page has a measured size guide with garment measurements taken flat, in inches. Lay a piece you already own and like next to the numbers to compare.

XS through XXL, in every piece and every color.

On the jersey pieces, take your usual size. On the fleece, stay true for a relaxed fit or size down if you prefer it trimmer through the body.

They’re cut men-led but designed to be unisex-wearable. The fit notes and the flat measurements on each product page are the most reliable guide, whoever’s wearing them.

7.4 oz combed cotton jersey for the tee and long sleeve; 14 oz brushed-back fleece for the crewneck, hoodie and sweatpant. Roughly double the weight of a typical high-street basic — that’s what gives the drape and the lifespan.

Because a uniform beats a wardrobe. Five essential garments, re-cut and re-tested until each earned its place. We’d rather make five things properly than fifty approximately.

Yes. Cloud, Oat and Ink are dyed to one standard across the whole line, so a Cloud tee under an Ink crewneck always works.

The jersey is pre-shrunk and the fleece is rested before cutting. Washed cold and dried low (or dried flat), the fit holds and the surface stays matte.

Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or dry flat. Skip the bleach and don’t iron directly over any print. That’s the whole routine.

Each piece is cut and sewn at established workshops we work with directly, and every batch is inspected against the same measured spec before it ships.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay — all processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Yes. Payments run through Shopify’s encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Your card details are handled by the payment processor — we never see or store them.

Any applicable US sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, and shown clearly before you pay.
