Refund policy
We want every Marcos Jacob piece to be worn for years — and if one isn’t right, returning it should be simple. This policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work.
1. The 30-day window
You may return any item within 30 days of the date your order is delivered, for any reason.
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed (trying a piece on indoors is fine);
- With the original tags attached;
- In the original packaging where possible.
2. How to start a return
- Email support@marcosjacob.com with your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.
- We’ll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Post the item back using a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage.
3. Who pays return shipping
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked service; we can’t refund items lost on the way back to us without tracking.
If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we pay — see section 5.
4. Refund processing timeline

We’ll email you at each step. There is no restocking fee.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will:
- Send you a prepaid return label — you pay nothing;
- Offer a replacement or a full refund (including your original shipping cost), at your choice.
6. Items we can’t accept back
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Items that have been worn outdoors, washed, or altered;
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase;
- Gift cards.
7. Exchanges
We don’t run a separate exchange flow. Return the original for a refund and place a new order in your preferred size or color — it’s usually faster.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the US state where you live. You keep all such rights regardless of anything in this policy.
