Marcos Jacob (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through marcosjacob.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

2. Cookies

3. Who we share data with

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders;
• Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal) — to take payment securely;
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — to deliver your order;
• Our fulfilment partner — to pick, pack and dispatch orders;
• Analytics and email tools — to run the site and send email you’ve opted into.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights

We honour these requests regardless of which state you live in.

To exercise any right, email support@marcosjacob.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We’ll respond within 45 days, as required by applicable US state law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

6. Children

Our store is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; if you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), PCI-compliant payment processing, and restricted access to personal data. If a breach occurs that affects you, we’ll notify you in line with applicable law.

8. Governing law & changes

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. If we change it, we’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
